The best thing about Great Valley Consulting, Inc. is that you have options. We evaluate every assignment individually and propose an agreement that makes sense for you. In many cases we work entirely on contingency, and in some situations a client will want to engage our services on an exclusive basis and an engagement fee is more appropriate. At other times a client will have multiple openings and we can adjust our fees accordingly.

Make no mistake about it: Even though Great Valley Consulting, Inc. personnel are available to you for consultation and advise, you make all the key decisions. We simply identify, screen, and qualify candidates, freeing up your time to interview the high-quality, on-target finalists we present to you.

And since our services are usually provided on a no risk, contingency-fee basis, our clients pay only when we produce results. If you don’t hire our candidate, you don’t pay us a thing. When you do hire, the fee will be equal to 30% of your new employee’s first-year salary.

When a position is hard to fill, Great Valley Consulting, Inc. can find top quality “passive” candidates who can step in and add value, immediately. And when an opening generates a large number of applicants, we will sift through all the candidates to separate the best from the rest, so you don’t have to.
