When most candidates hear about an opening they simply email their toiled over resume to the HR department, just like everyone else. As you know, the vast majority of such resumes are “skimmed,” then trashed.

To get past all the major cuts and into the finals, the candidate needs to stand out. That’s why we prepare an interactive, web-based personal biography for them. It’s a multimedia-rich presentation complete with photos, animation, audio, and plenty of hyperlinks that we can track.

It’s a dynamic marketing presentation designed to command attention and sell the candidate’s strengths.

 

Extensive Lists of Hiring Authorities

 

If a candidate is seeking a position as a regional sales manager, we will want to speak with vice presidents of sales on their behalf. Sounds obvious, but it’s not necessarily all that easy.

To help, we developed our own Internet research software tool to quickly locate hundreds of company websites in the industry. The application scans each site with spider-search technology and collects thousands of names, titles, phone numbers and emails for hiring authorities.

Of course we then contact those hiring managers on the candidate’s behalf.

SalesFlag™ is a remarkable email-tracking application that lets the user “see” who is opening their emails and which links the recipient is clicking on. We know immediately which hiring authorities are reviewing a candidates multimedia candidate presentation and how interested the hiring authority is in them. All based on the number of links they click – even as they’re clicking.
